Efficient Filtration with UP Aqua UA-600 Hang On Back External Filter Review

Unpacked and broken upon receipt. Looks like they sent me a used item. It also looks like there is a hole drilled in the overflow pipe. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Unit worked on initial setup, then when I had to replace the filter media the system didn't work again. Very poor quality, save money and buy another brand, I was disappointed with the device and obviously wasted money on it!

This product is a rip off, right out of the box one of the clasps holding the lid broke. The plastic is also fairly cheap, with some parts of the case showing plastic chaff from the molding process. Also, you press the "auto switch button" to suck water into the filter and no water comes out. Also, there are no instructions with this filter. Do not buy this product is useless. I hope for a refund. I don't understand how Revain can support such a bad product.

I really, really wanted it to be a good product. I usually take reviews here with a grain of salt, especially as canister filters can be tricky. It is also ideal for a pool with a river bank. Received today, UP Aqua UA 600 is attached to the external filter. He had no instructions, no white filter material for the top bowl. It comes with four bowls that can be filled with just "little bits" of whatever you want. Trays are not deep. Three of them are 1.25 inches deep, you can only fit one layer of hollow ceramic material with mechanical filter media in the bowl as each bowl fits inside the other.
