So I bought 2 of these on 2 different occasions. The first came out great and works well. The second came destroyed. I'm pretty sure it has to do with shipping, but be careful - it was sent in an envelope, not a box. My filter was hacked and all the stones were scattered around the packaging and the box with the filter was destroyed too. I was able to put it back together.
