24 volt 60 " shaft in my review

This trolling motor is a bargain for the price and pushes my 20 ft pontoon around with ease. I got an extra remote so when one runs down i just connect the other and keep going. Foot pedal is an option but i like to walk around while operating the motor. Very adjustable speed wise (something like 10 speeds) and a very quick response when using the remote. I highly recommend this trolling motor for the weekend sport fisher.

Pros
  • Love it! Works great for 16' pontoon boat. Powerful without cost of well-known brands.
Cons
  • The foot control is not very responsive and can be difficult to use effectively

Great product for the price.

I like the product but it is difficult to get in touch with Aquos to get an extra pin to attach the motor to the plate. The mounting bracket is prone to rust and corrosion and may need to be replaced over time!

Haswing trolling motor issue

Help needed now ! I am having issues with this trolling motor . Light for battery percentage are not working . Plus, the remote gives commands but the trolling motor isn’t doing the commands . You can see it propel a little bit and then stop . What does this mean ?

Pros
  • ‎70 x 17 x 10.2 inches
Cons
  • The motor may not be powerful enough to move larger boats or heavy loads

Great for the price but not without issues.

I would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to reset it all the time! It works great on my 28ft pontoon all day long on 2 35ah batteries. But it will just stop working and I'll have to reset it and it will be fine again. No idea why it does it. Almost 5 stars.

Pros
  • Great product for the money. I wish it had a "spot lock feature"
Cons
  • The product is significantly more expensive than other comparable trolling motors on the market

Not overly impressed but not disappointed.

I used this trolling motor for the Columbia River on a small aluminum boat, it does ok but cuts out frequently. I purchased 2 brand new deep cycle batteries that are both rated for 90 amp hours, I get about 5-6 hours of back trolling with this configuration. I frequently have to turn the propeller back on because it shuts itself off. I would ultimately say that you get what you pay for, this motor is about $1000 less then Minn Kota of comparable thrust.

Pros
  • ‎AQUOS
Cons
  • The motor is not very powerful and may struggle in rough waters or strong currents

Strong motor in my review

We have this motor on a 20 foot pontoon in a 37 acre lake. It does an amazing job. We have had 12 adults with coolers and it did perfect. We have hit a stump and slightly bend the shaft. We used a tractor and the hitch of a f150 to straighten it back out. We nearly lifted the truck off the ground. It works great again. It took the weight of the boat and 10 people at full speed to slightly bend the shaft, with a direct hit of a stump. Other motors would have shattered!

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The motor is prone to overheating and may shut off unexpectedly while in use

Junk, 1 year and the turn motor is rusted and stuck

Update 7-30-2022 steering motor failed. It's full of rust. Walmart and aquos world customer service told me to late, it's my problem. Many conversations online about this common problem. By a Minn kota or motor guide. These aquos haswing motors are junk.Original review belowI mounted this on the front deck of our 21 ft pontoon hoping to get 5mph. I realize that was probably to much to ask. We are getting 4mph which is very acceptable and it works very well for trolling along weed edges for…

Pros

Don't waste your money!

Ordered the cayman 80lb 24volt with remote and foot pedal, first one worked once, remote or foot pedal wouldnt work. Returned, refunded, tried once more, got it in the mail today and the same issue! Returning this one as well. Will never order another. My min kota runs perfectly. These are substandard motors!

Pros
  • ‎24 Volts
Cons
  • The remote control can easily be lost or damaged, rendering the motor useless
