Bought a used camper for my truck and soon after that the rear window didn't always stay up when opened. I found these which were exact replacements for the ones installed and purchased. They were easy to install and fit perfectly and now the window stays up as intended. Saved a lot of money as it was about twice as expensive to replace suppliers.

This product is perfect for Toyota Prius trunk. I'm small and it was difficult for me to reach and close the trunk. I switched to these lifters and they work great. It is very easy to close the trunk and I can easily teach the trunk lid. I installed them in about 15 minutes and I'm a senior. Need a screwdriver and someone to hold the trunk lid.

The Smittybilt rear window gas struts (P/N 519701-11) have failed (on the Smittybilt hardtop on my Wrangler ). I could not deliver this item to my city. They were perfect for their location, were a lot cheaper, and could ship to my town. I didn't even have to replace the fasteners: they snapped straight into place. The extension is about 1/2 inch more than the original, which doesn't seem to matter.

My original shipment had the wrong part. Use a simple online form to report this and a company representative emailed you immediately. They sent me a new set of frames with the right parts. There was even an answer. Mistakes happen, but this company won't let you down. The situation was resolved quickly and easily, and new racks were installed within minutes.
