Open seam new rating

I liked that it's lightweight but has a seam under the arm. I have a spare but my son wore it once and the armpit was torn and the zipper at the bottom won't stay in place so it opens bottom up. The quality is not convincing at all!

Pros
  • It's not bulky so perfect for storing in my kid's backpack.
Cons
  • The jacket is not versatile enough to be worn in different conditions.

Exactly right new review

I like how it looks. It was easy to pack and served my son well during his summer camp trip to Florida. It's not thick at all, more like a thin windbreaker, but it's what he needed.

Pros
  • This is definitely a lightweight coat. I thought it would be a little warmer but it's just a windbreaker.
Cons
  • Limited insulation, which means the jacket provides little warmth in colder temperatures.

The zipper is weak and broke on first use.

I found this jacket to be the perfect choice for my son who needs a waterproof/waterproof jacket with a hood that isn't too heavy. He always complains that he's hot and it's difficult to get him to wear a jacket even when it's 50 degrees outside. This jacket would have been perfect if the zipper hadn't broken when my son tried to zip it up. literally the jacket, took it out of the box, put it on, tried to close it with the normal technique and it just tore/broke.

Pros
  • Great windbreaker for my biker son.
Cons
  • The hood cannot be removed or adjusted, making it impractical for varying weather conditions.

Lightweight, soft quality jacket

Lightweight jacket with fully lined sleeves and all. The lined fabric is as light as a soft t-shirt. I would only recommend 50 for temps.

Pros
  • My 80 pound 10 year old son loves this jacket.
Cons
  • Zippers tend to break and get caught

Jacket from fog, not rain.

We were looking for a rain cover and this seemed to fit our needs. The label says water repellent so it's not really a raincoat. All in all, our son says this jacket is the most comfortable jacket ever.

Pros
  • love all i can say
Cons
  • The jacket lacks additional features such as adjustable cuffs or a zip collar for added protection.

The seams in the armpits are wrong. I can't stretch out my arms to put my hands behind my head at night to sleep in a hammock. The seams came undone immediately.

Pros
  • Good lightweight
Cons
  • Not machine washable, requires extra time and effort to clean

Well-tailored, good-value, lightweight jacket

I bought this for my 10-1/2 year old grandson who is about 5ft 2 and 125 pounds. He mostly wears size 14/16 in clothes and it suits him. He won't be in it for long and he certainly can't wear anything bulky underneath as it seems more stylish, but this season it will do the trick. It's well made and a great price!

Pros
  • The jacket is light and still has a warm inner lining. Good quality and design. Very important. My grandson loves this!
Cons
  • Limited range of motion due to poor design and construction

Cool jacket! the best in my rating

I received this a few days ago. I bought it for my son. What I liked about her was the quality. It doesn't look cheap and I like the colors too. I think 25€ is a fair price. I would buy another one if I had to.

Pros
  • Good quality light jacket. my son loves this
Cons
  • Not strong enough to withstand daily wear and tear

The quality is good for me

Outstanding quality and style. It has a soft lining material inside that feels nice and keeps you warm, probably too warm to wear in spring/summer.

Pros
  • My son loves this raincoat. He can wear it over sweatshirts. He says it's super comfortable.
Cons
  • It looked nice, but it broke very easily.

The perfect jacket for London

We're from Phoenix, so we don't really need windbreakers. I bought this jacket for my daughter for our trip to London in June. It was perfect. We were neither too hot nor too cold and the colors were not "pink and girly".

Pros
  • Bought as a raincoat for my son. Fits great and he loves the colors.
Cons
  • The jacket becomes stiff and uncomfortable when exposed to rain or moisture.

Good but no drawstring/elastic in hood.

It was exactly what I expected. It doesn't rain often here, so I ordered a large one to last a long time. This is a very light material, but it keeps the rain out. Only deducted one star because the hood doesn't have an elastic or drawstring so it doesn't want to stay out in the wind. Overall we're happy with the purchase, I'll just put some elastic in the hood.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Will write later

The perfect fall jacket from VA

These jackets are beautifully tailored and the jersey lining is very soft and comfortable. The pockets are also jersey lined (my son with eczema on his hands loves it!) We haven't worn them in the rain yet so can't comment on the waterproofing. We bought 10/12 for my 10 year old daughter - she is 4ft 9", 70lbs (long arms) and she is roomy but great - there is room to grow but not too big. Same goes for my 12 year old son who is 5ft 1in and 80lbs (long arms).

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Light, comfortable and SOFT!

I bought three jackets for my average height 9 year old daughter to try on. Of the three I bought, this brand was her favorite! I know these are boys jackets but I pass all the jackets on to my older siblings (3 more children) so as long as the colors are neutral they are suitable for any gender. Her first comment was how soft the material was. It's lightweight and not stiff like some of the other jackets we have. Although we didn't test it in the rain, it definitely stands up to the wind and…

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • something different
