Great addition to my electrical installations.

As a hesitant buyer, i was skeptical about buying this product .However, it proved to be a valuable addition to my electrical installations. Tools and Home Improvement always need a reliable solution when it comes to electrical work and this fitting provided just that. As my tests showed, the quality was top-notch and the installation process was smooth. The only downside was the price, but the quality made it well worth the investment..

Pros
  • High quality, easy installation.
Cons
  • Pricey.

Cheaply made and unusable junk

This product is a complete waste of money. The piece is made of low-quality materials and broke on installation. The only positive is that it was cheaply priced..

Pros
  • Cheap
Cons
  • Poor quality

Excellent quality and good design

We have been looking for a floor socket for a long time but they all seemed quite thick over the finished floor or had a real commercial look. This is the thinnest I've seen and all the exposed parts of the brass model are molded from brass which should hold up. The biggest challenge is cutting a 5 inch hole. 5 inch hole saws are expensive but do a really good job if you have a decently powerful drill bit for the job. A saber saw will do, but I'm suspicious of my skills when cutting holes in…

Pros
  • Assembly with 5 inch hole saw
Cons
  • unreliable
