Seems to have survived the Minnesota winter pretty well. Very water repellent. This is the largest I could get and it just covered the top of our ac unit, which was what I wanted, but measure before ordering.

The cover does not contain armor. I believe it to be plastic as it bends quite easily, but could add a bit more resistance to icicles falling on top of the condenser unit. I got the larger cover that says covers up to 42 inch square unit, but I have a 36 inch square unit and this cover barely covers the open grill fan area, slightly covering the rest of the top of the unit.

You need to cover that would be fine enough to block off that Paul and dust from the cedar tree and this works great That's my feedback.

I purchased this cover in May of 2017 and it still looks like brand new 5 years later. I cover my A/C unit for 7 to 8 months each year from October thru April or May. Unfortunately, the 4 bungee cords that the vendor originally supplied did not have enough tension to keep the cover from lifting off and moving around on the A/C unit in a strong wind. Works great! My a/c unit is next to a big white pine that sheds needles everywhere. I bought this mesh cover for the midwest winters this year bc my a/c unit was just installed. I dont have to worry about little wild animals burrowing under a cover.

Very sturdy mesh that covers top of AC compressor. Effectively kept leaves and debris out of the unit and held up over the winter. I would not recommend leaving it on when the unit is running, too much air flow restriction. Would have given 5 stars but way overpriced for what it is.

Bought this Covermate "Ultima" top air conditioner cover for my new Ruud A/C condenser.It is fairly thin overall including the "armor plates". I think it would keep the leaves from falling in but other than that nothing special. I do think that at $73.99 it was overpriced for what it is.

The product is all right, but several inches smaller than the size it was advertised. It does not fit over the top of the air conditioner the way it was supposed to. Be aware of its smaller dimensions if you are tempted to order one.

Great for keeping leaves and "helicopters" out of the unit. And if you forget to take these off in the spring its not a problem as the mesh fabric breathes and allows the air to pass through.

This is exactly what I was looking for, we get a lot of snow in MI. and the size is perfect, it's not easy to fine the smaller size. The material seems very durable I'm sure it will last for years!

Very well made cover. Made from quality materials. You can get cheaper covers, but you get what you pay for. Cheap covers are cheap for a reason.

Excellent Quality product that should hold up well to the Pittsburgh winter. 'Bungee' cords are of good quality and allow for easy attachment, but I will likely need to replace them after 1-2 seasons. They are not the solid rubber cords that are used by truckers. Arrived Quickly.

Just purchased this air conditioner "topper". It is made a good medium duty material and fit just fine with the included bungee cords. Looks like it fits our needs perfectly.

As much as I wanted this to work, Product does not allow full air flow regardless of what the description says. Returning after using for less than a month.

I researched to see what I needed to do to protect my air conditioner. This one allows the sides to breath while protecting the top from dirt. Very good buy!

This cover is self explanatory. My only question is why I didn’t get this years ago. 5 minutes to install will prevent me from cleaning leaves out of the unit in the spring.Highly recommend this cheap simple solution.
