Useless Aftermarket Sprocket for Chevy

This sprocket did absolutely nothing to improve my car's performance. The quality of the product is subpar and I noticed no difference in horsepower or acceleration. The only positive aspect is that it was easy to install. Overall, i would not recommend this automotive engine part to anyone looking for an upgrade....

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • No improvement in performance

Improved Acceleration with ARP Sprocket!

This sprocket has dramatically improved the acceleration of my Chevy, giving me an instant boost in overall performance. Its build quality is a testament to the engineering that goes into creating high-quality automotive parts. After I put it to the test I noticed a significant change in my car`s power and torque. However, the installation process can be a bit tricky for those unfamiliar with engine parts..

Pros
  • Improved acceleration, high-quality build.
Cons
  • Tricky installation for beginners.

Perfect for Gen III 5.3 LS

Installed on my 2005 Chevy Avalanche LT Z71 with Gen III 5.3 Vortec (Gas). There is some controversy as to whether the originals are torque (disposable) or not, so I've decided to replace them with these. Well inserted and I've heard good things about the ARP hardware.
