Installing the quarter rounds seemed easy enough, but when I tried to drive a nail into a piece of wood, part of it stuck out and it tried to finish the job with a hammer which only made it worse, maybe it's better for thinner pieces of wood.
Wanted to be able to use nails from β to 1 inch effectively in various projects I've done over the years with no difficulty Needle-nosed pliers, hammer and a set of nails. This device is very well suited to these requirements. The only negative is that sometimes I have the nail in such a position that the nose of this gun doesn't fit. But most of my work is greatly simplified with this pistol. Good quality. Good repetitive operation.
Pros
Equipped with an adjustable depth adjustment knob to set desired power level
Gun lacked the power to drive a nail through any surface. I was redoing my floors and wanted it to be on a quarter circle and baseboard and it couldn't go through a single nail. When laying the boards I used the nails they recommended (arrow) and tried other nails but these nails couldn't fully penetrate anything. About half of the nail stuck out each time. I ended up returning that nail gun and getting a Ryobi that smashed every nail on the first try, every time.
Pros
Oversized trigger, finger guard and 6-foot cord make it perfect for any job site
