I would really like to send it back asap

This bottle opener held all 4 wine bottles before falling apart and popping the cork in the bottle instead of taking it out! I would like to send it back as soon as possible! Where?

Sometimes works

These bunny style corkscrews always spark mixed feelings - a bottle of wine can have a huge impact on whether or not you can pull the cork out with ease. I've tried them for a while and always come back to the screwpull style (simple, expensive, effective) or the standard waiters corkscrew. You'll need to learn how to hold the bottle properly and use the foil cutter that comes with it (if you can't just peel the foil off the glass). Place the device on the bottle, squeeze the handle, raise the…

Not sure if cork is the best way to preserve wine or traditionalists.

Of all the products that have made technology easier and easier to use, we've still filled and opened our wine the same way for centuries. I'm not sure if the cork is really the best way to store wine or if traditionalists are the main consumers of wine. I'm just the occasional drunk who gets frustrated trying to uncork a new bottle and sometimes leaves the corkscrew on until I find someone to open it for me later. I figured an Easy-Lever Corkscrew Gift Set would be just what I needed to help…

The devil is in the detail

This rabbit-shaped wine opener makes a great gift. It comes in an impressive clear plastic dome and is packaged in a gift-worthy box. In addition to the bottle opener, there is also a coated screw and foil cutter. There is one caveat: if you're new to this type of opener and don't have a mechanical mindset, you're out of luck. There are no instructions other than two photos, one on each side of the box. One photo shows the opener on top of the bottle, the other photo shows the top lever lifted…

Attractive corkscrew - easy to use once you know how to use it.

After using this corkscrew successfully several times I decided that I liked it compared to several other corkscrews we own. I found it easy to insert a wire corkscrew by pushing the lever down, and a quick upward movement of the lever pulls the cork out of even a reused cork. Removing the cork from the corkscrew was easy. Grab the handle, pull the lever all the way up and the cork will slide off easily. I was surprised when I opened the packaging and found that the corkscrew is very large and…
