Very sturdy and well thought out storage box for organizing and transporting various items with a securely closing lid. The included dividers allow you to manage split columns into sections that suit your needs and are strong enough to withstand the contents if you accidentally toss the box into a loaded school backpack. I bought two - one for me and one for my almost 12 year old - and we both love how the box meets our needs. I highly recommend.

Pros: I always take it to and from school, it's very durable. It has a lot of capacity: I put all the graphite in one compartment and all the charcoal in another. That leaves room for my erasers, sharpener, napkins, etc. I've also moved the dividers around with no problem and they haven't accidentally fallen out or anything like that. Disadvantages?: Sometimes the tips of pencils become dull from rubbing. Plastic so I suggest attaching a paper towel/napkin to the ends or using thin foam rubber.

This case is big enough for an aspiring artist like me, but a more experienced artist might need the next larger model in the lineup. It holds at least 25 pens in two baskets. This is my favorite storage box for small items of this type. They have decided to literally "cut corners" apparently to cut costs I think and I don't like it. What I bought earlier is what I expected. It's less of a disappointment with shaved corners. This image is an older model that's also less finicky and doesn't have tiny gaps for things to fall into.
