I like that it has so many features, but i dont think its very user friendly at first glance which makes me feel as if there are too much options in one place thus confusing people when they need help or want some advise from someone who understands how things work! The support team could be more proactive though this isn't something where you can expect instant assistance all of time unlike other software out here such us Quickbooks etc., So far not anything major really just minor issues…

I like that this software has all of my medical records in one place, it's easy to use, and most importantly it allows me access from anywhere without having to wait weeks or months for approval! It takes some time to get used to everything, but once you do it will be great. There are times when I have been able to make changes directly through the system instead of waiting days/weeks to submit them. Some things just take longer than others depending on your work flow. I like that it has all of our information in one place, so we don't have as many files lying around anymore!
