Great shape, just what I was looking for!

That makes amazing lotions. I haven't tried the soap in it but I bet it would be pretty nice in these shapes. The purple kit makes lotions from just over 2 ounces to almost 3 ounces depending on what ingredients you use. The pink is about the same, although one of the shapes makes them just under 2 ounces. Tip: Arrange them where you want them so you don't have to move them later. They're not very durable, and you run the risk of spilling them if you try to move them while they're full.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Protection

Easy to use!

Photo of my first try with these shapes. Wow! I bought Lush scrubees, separated the oil from the shaggy parts, and poured the separated parts into a mold. I set the tray on a small saucepan and put the saucepan in the fridge to allow them to harden. It also made the molds nice and even - being silicone they need a hard flat surface to sit on. The silicone also means that finished products pop out of the mold very easily. They need to be hardened/hardened enough to come out right so keep that in

Pros
  • Food grade silicone, flexible and reusable, smooth surface, easy to remove.
Cons
  • Not sure

You made beautiful soap!

Ideal for soap making. They are made of silicone and are very flexible. Some reviewers complained about the thinness or fragility of the forms. Because they're thin, you'll need to place the molds on a hard, flat surface like a baking sheet, especially if the molds are full or they spill when you move them. so I don't mind. Too thick or stiff and you could damage intricate parts or deform the shape of the soap when trying to squeeze it out. Just rinse quickly and they're ready for the next…

Pros
  • Flowers in 6 different shapes for different needs or as a gift for neighbors.
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Not for making lotion bars

For those looking for a lotion form this may not be for you. I bought these to make homemade lotion bars and found they didn't work for me. First, the shape cups are HUGE. If I follow a recipe that asks to make 2 bars, there is enough liquid to make 2 bars and they all fit in ONE of these molds. If you're still trying to perfect your bars, it's useless. Second, because the mold is so huge and shaped, the lotion (once cured) stays very soft and brittle in the part of the mold that gives it its…
