I bought this shaker to help me mix paint. When you open the box you find that the instructions tell you to make sure everything is greased and oiled so it doesn't break. So my first lubricant. I connected the grease gun to the grease gun and the grease gun broke. So I ordered another one and tuned it, tried lubricating it the first time and the oiler broke again. Based on the reviews I was concerned about how noisy this unit would be…. I installed it at the far end of the garage to keep it away from the living area in case it got too noisy. I'm happy to say it's not that loud - it's quieter than I expected; My compressor is loud. The tremor isn't "chunky," it's actually quite a dull sound.
