You may need to get a little creative, but when I figured out which adapters to use they withstood some testing and held up, not breaking and only bending slightly at one of the tabs. because I didn't know it was from a bad angle. It would be really helpful to have an extra pair of hands to hold things in place while you set up and tighten your wrenches. The only thing I had to use was a 22mm deep impact bushing for the upper ball joint, but that may be due to my inexperience with this set. I…

Works but you get what you pay for.

I bought this to replace ball joints on a Jeep Wrangler. My complaints are that the tapered adapter isn't cut at the same angle as the arms that the ball joints are pressed into, so I had to take a grinder and align the arms to fit the adapter. When I started pressing in new ball joints, I found that the wall thickness of these adapters was about half that of an equivalent OTC adapter. In some cases it doesn't make a difference, but in this case it meant the adapter had slid over the outside of

Manufacturer should include a tighter shell for Envoy/TB vehicles

So I used these along with my other 4WD Astro ball joint kit to replace the upper and lower ball joints on my 2003 GMC Envoy XL SLT. v8. One way or another, the upper got off lightly, while the lower; not as much. A cup I used for the bottom pieces almost fit. You must be a wizard for this to happen.
