Although the equipment was sold as used, the previous owners' records have not been erased, their privacy is of little concern. Other hardware worked as advertised.

Pretty easy to use but the digital voice reads the numbers fairly quickly and at such a pace that writing down the number is a bit awkward. The quality of the recorded message is not very good.

Answering machine received. The setup process did not work. Eligible for return to sender. Returned via UPS. I have not received a refund of my autoresponder payment, let alone return shipping costs. Total disaster! No more autoresponder purchases from Revain.

I was so hoping that this product would work for me. I've had this version before and it worked for me, but this one had terrible static and wouldn't accept messages. I couldn't use it. I like answering machines instead of answering machines with a telephone connected. I really miss this autoresponder.

Bought this for my dad in Rhode Island. Delivered quickly, easy to set up. However, he does not answer calls from outside Rhode Island. It rises and then turns off. I verified this when trying to call from Virginia (where I live) and traveling to Maine and Massachusetts from both landlines and cell phones.
