Incredibly fragile! A critical part of the charger broke within 24 hours of installation!

I really wanted to give this product 5 stars for the sound quality, but I can't give more than one star due to the poor workmanship of this product. I've had it for less than 24 hours and it's already broken. I can't tell if it arrived broken and I didn't notice, or if it was always broken. In both cases, the plastic part of the charger, on which the headset is supposed to rest for charging, is separated from the charger. I've tried putting it back in place but it won't stay in place for moreโ€ฆ

I love this headset!

For the last few years I have used Google Voice routed through my cell phone to make business calls. This worked great overall, but left me vulnerable to eventual signal fluctuations from the cell, which left little impression on the customer. Cell phones also tend to have a one-person-at-a-time effect, so it's often impossible to hear the other person if you both start talking at the same time. Anyway, a few months ago I decided to route Google Voice calls through PC using a DECT 6.0 headsetโ€ฆ

Almost perfect for headsets

I picked up this headset after accidentally buying the TL7610. I've only had it for about 48 hours but I've already had about 20 hours of use. I've had 10 different phone systems and headsets looking for nirvana. My job requires me to be on the phone all day. Sometimes 14 hours a day and more, that's how I become an expert for telephone systems and headsets. Setup: Initially, setup was VERY easy. You must follow the instructions for your specific base system, NOT the instructions that came with
