Barely Functions Electronics Disappointment

This answering machine is a complete disappointment. It hardly ever functions properly and I've missed important messages because of it. The only positive thing about it is the decent sound quality. But that's not enough to make up for its overall lack of reliability.

I bought this phone because the headset function works well. All in all for the low price I paid it works like a regular home office phone with caller ID, handset, headset, speakerphone and voicemail. I like the ability to add a caller ID as a contact, just like on mobile. The most annoying feature is the slow keys. If you're dialing fast, you might be able to dial more than half of a long number before the phone picks up and beeps. This can make it difficult to dial quickly if you wait for a…

Good value for money - updated 13th June 2013

I ditched the electronic system with KSU box for this 1 line and 2 line phone and was relatively satisfied. The phone seems to have a wide range of features, although I don't use them all. Very good value for money and yes the buttons are big. Update - March 2013 Having used it as my main office phone for several months I have to say I am very happy with this phone.
