The brushes came with sloppy bristles and they are so hard that I can't comb them cleanly and the bowl is a little broken on the edge, I have no idea how to use my hair with it shall color such defective tools.

The brushes used are huge. It is difficult to control the amount of bleach drawn in and it drips heavily. The bowls are small. But even smaller compared to the size of the brushes. It didn't make any sense to me. I was only able to add about two scoops of bleach with developer. It's tiresome to keep repeating the combination while bleaching other parts of your hair and scalp. So I decided to use a large glass mixing bowl. Not recommended for bleaching hair.

The set looks like very cheap plastic especially the shell and the color does not match the picture at all, the product photos are over photoshopped and misleading, it feels like I'm in love with beautiful pictures and star ratings.
