Ideal for woodworking!

Nothing to say about these little brushes. They are ideal for woodwork and other crafts. I am using them for the first time, mostly when gluing pins in a box joint or dovetail pins/tails. Inexpensive enough to use once and throw away.

The hairs of the brush come loose

When using these brushes, the hairs are knocked out and contaminate the treated surface. Acid brushes should be tough, but they fall apart. Too many used hoping for better results so resetting is not an option but using them causes performance issues.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Has been damaged

Great brushes for epoxy.

I'm on the second box. I use them for epoxy. I got five stars for the first box as they never lost brush hairs in my epoxy mix, but I deducted one star for my second box as they lost a few brush hairs every other brush. Although the first box I bought was flawless. The ones I bought from Menard were terrible shredders!

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons

Good price for disposable items

I buy them all the time, mainly for applying wood glue or epoxy. The price is great as I have to throw them away after each use. Very little problem with falling stubble. Pulling the bristles before each use will usually remove any loose bristles. Also good for removing sawdust from corners and staining the same corners.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Great disposable brushes at a great price.

I mainly use them for applying glue in my woodwork and they work great. The only issue I have with them is that there are quite a lot of loose bristles. What I use is that getting the bristles out of the glue is no problem. I make sure I always have them on hand as they are a great once and for all brush and for the price I don't even feel bad about getting rid of them.

A great addition to any garage

Every homeowner should have this box in their garage. Their uses are endless and come in handy in almost any situation where you use some kind of glue, liquid, paint, etc. The box is a little flimsy but that doesn't matter as I won't be tossing it around should last a long time. forever and ever. For the amount of brushes you get and the price it's not a problem and they should last me a very long time. Depending on the intended use, they can be used again and again. With repeated use, the…

  • Nice to use

Great disposable brush for the shop, lab or home

During my time in the Navy I used the same brush for a dizzying array of cleaning and lubrication tasks. The cost to the government was 5-10 cents a piece. The fact that they were disposable and inexpensive meant I didn't have to worry about cleaning or their general condition. I would use HAZMAT and throw away (or recycle). When I found this brush box I knew I had to have it at home. These are the same inexpensive brushes I'm used to, with the bonus that I don't have to pay a fortune for them.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Functionality

There simply is no better way to apply polyurethane glue (think Big Monkey)

There is simply no better way to apply polyurethane glue (think Big Monkey) . or remove metal shavings from small areas of a running metal lathe or mill (regular shaving brushes will do large areas). Don't spill the bristles so much in the middle of an important connection. Tip #2: If you're a stingy guy like me and for some reason use them to apply yellow (PVA) glue. Throw the brush into a small tub of water after you're done with the glue, and after a few days, collect clean brushes from that

Pros
  • High score for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Volume
