Exceptional Customer Service and Fast Turn Around Times

The customer service department is very helpful. They are always willing to help you out with any questions you might have regarding your account. The turnaround time for reports can sometimes take longer than expected but it's usually not too bad of an issue at all. I had issues one day where my report didn't transfer over from another client properly (due to their system crashing). It took me about two days to get them back up again after they fixed it. I have used this service provider to transcribe our audio recordings to text format.

Best Customer Service EVER in India, handsdown

The best part is all of their customer service representatives are so friendly! They're always willing to help when you need it most - whether its during your normal work day/evenings OR evenings only while they close for holidays etc.. I have never had any issues with them since we started using this software last year (almost). There's nothing really bad about everything as far as my experience goes but if there was one thing i would change maybe make some things more user-friendly like…

Wonderful customer service and great products

I like how easy it is to use this software for medical providers as well! It's very user friendly with no training needed at all which makes things super convenient when you're working from home during COVID-19 times!!
