I would spend the extra $25 and get OEM. The mounting holes are larger than stock, the gasket is much thicker and had to be cut to make it work. It's also longer than the stock cable, fully taut, and has some slack.

Looks like an old factory cable I removed from my 22re but when you try to thread it through the firewall the rubber is too thin to reach the screws. In addition, the holes in the rubber are larger than the screws. Don't buy car parts on Amazon. I had so many wrong parts even though Amazon says they fit.

I give the product 2 stars because I think it works but definitely doesn't fit my car. The cable resists me when I press the gas pedal, I don't know how long it lasts with all the grinding I hear and feel in my foot when I press the pedal. I have to give the seller 0 stars because he lied. He said it was 38 inches long, but it's actually 28 inches.
