Seems to work fine. Works with 6 audio/video devices. It also has a couple of USB ports, so I'm hoping to use it to charge my headphones.

May help with power surges, but any claims of improved sound are wrong. I tested it on my five-digit Hi-Fi setting, and the bass dropped noticeably, with only a slight improvement in the treble. Stay away from that and buy a cheaper and better sounding Furman product instead.
