Very happy using RingCentral Cloud Call Center

I like that it is easy for me as an individual user, but also allows my team members who use this software daily to make changes without needing additional training from myself! It's not perfect yet because of some minor issues we are still working out with our support department. However, they have been very helpful in trying to resolve these problems quickly so far. We've used several different call centers over time - including those built by other vendors - which can be difficult when…
