The chips in the keys are not suitable for all uses in the description

The chips in the keys that came with this kit were not programmed for the car and were therefore unusable. I had to take one of the new keys to the dealer and cut out 2 additional ones that had the correct chip. Once I did that I was able to program the keys from the dealer to the car.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Not fashionable

The keys were useless, many hours wasted.

I saved a few euros and decided on this ignition. After trying to start the car all day, I finally called the locksmith who advised me to throw the keys that came with me in the trash. Of course we couldn't do that, he knew, because they were cut for kindling. However, they did not have a lockout chip that allowed them to work with our new ignition. two locksmiths later we are finally on our way. My advice after all this: have the ignition replaced at the dealer and take it to a local locksmith

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Long delivery time

It's a piece of junk, the key is in stock today, fortunately it turns, now I have to disassemble it and take it to the key shop so that it works with the key with the cylinder, also a total wrong chip from the key branches, and moreover both keys no longer work in the switch. I have to spend $120 to rebuild the cylinder with another chip and key which I am wasting time and money who ever wants to buy this for a car 2006 or newer don't even think about these people contact a professional and get

Full of junk!: Lock cylinder

Honda Civic 2003 4-door1. Steering wheel lock not working! The collar attached to the outside of the control collar is too wide. The slot lock is too big and doesn't fit properly. So it will never fit properly, so the wheel will lock up.2. Keys are junk! Not impressed at all! The company could have spent about $20 more and upgraded to more comfortable keys! If they could improve on those two things, it might work! But I'd rather spend an extra $150 or so to get my steering wheel to engage…

Check Compatibility

I got this for my 2006 Honda CRV and it is not compatible for programming. I had it professionally installed at a trusted shop and then had the car towed to a Honda dealership for two new keys that were included for programming. About an hour after I returned the car the dealer contacted me and said they had tried everything and the new keys could not be programmed! about $540. not much, but a lot considering I just paid about $350 for it and installed it. . so be careful. The item appeared to…

If you have common sense, buy this product.

If you have common sense you can get this device working very easily. This product saved me about $1,000. I bought this for a 2004 Honda Civic LX with an automatic transmission. With a few small pieces of plastic cut off the turn signal block, this block barely fit on the steering column. After comparing with the standard device, there were clear differences between them. The steering wheel lock will not work because this block does not fully seat onto the steering column, but everything will…
