Loved the product. Only slight dislike, the salt and pepper chamber is a bit small. You have to fill it up often, it is used by several people.

Both worked but not for very long. One of them doesn't let me customize "Roughness". now it is unusable. I sent a message and am waiting for a reply to see if they fix the problem. This set was a gift I sent to my sister after she used mine at home. I saw them on a visit and liked them so I bought a set. Since then I have gifted 2 sets to relatives who loved mine! They are easy to use and look beautiful on my countertop. People keep asking me where I got them from!

I make a quick breakfast every morning and this one is super convenient and easy to use! It saves me so much time sprinkling salt on my eggs and veggies! It also comes with a cute backlight when it's working, which is really cute! A modern look that's way prettier than a regular salt container lol. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a practical, smart and cute kitchen tool.

The pepper mill is no longer operational. It releases almost nothing, but large chunks of pepper come out. The setting on the bottom is no longer adjustable. Bought in September, now early August. This has been the case for some time. Of course it's too late to go back. I paid more than now. Very disappointed. And now, after a few weeks, I add another review, the salt mill is not working.

I've had them for a few months now. I used to have hand grinders, but some parts wore out and died. I had a problem with the manual versions because I cook a lot of meat. Because the manual versions require two hands, I had to wash my hands every time I turned the meat or touched anything. With the battery version, I can turn the meat with one hand and season it with the other. The included stand is useful. Cutters don't always fit perfectly, but this is an easy fix. Functionally they are excellent in every respect, but stupid because of the use case. It is clear that none of those who developed/sold them ever used them. If you expect the stand to be "where they live" on your table, you'll want a lid on the bottom (to keep the salt/pepper off the table) as part of the holder so you can easily grab the grinder. (with ONE hand, great advantage) and use it. Instead, you need two hands, one for removing the bottom cover. This eliminates the main benefit…

Now that you have 3 different automatic grinders from 3 different manufacturers, this set was the best for the following reasons: 1.) The design is superior to others we have own. Especially an LED lightbulb that is firmly fixed in place and not just a lightbulb hanging from a wire (like others we've owned) where salt can corrode the wiring and prevent the lightbulb from working.
