Dreadful gasket, avoid at all cost

This gasket just does not fit properly and leaks transmission fluid within a month of installation. It caused me more trouble than it was worth and ended up costing me a lot more money to get it replaced..

Poorly packaged replacement parts

I'm not a fan of cork/rubber gaskets. They tend to slip between the bolts and cause a leak. Also, this thing was wrapped in a golf ball box. It's currently lying on a table with a flat piece of steel in hopes of converting the gasket to something nearly flat to help with installation. I will not buy again. To update. Looking again at the picture, it is clear that the seal I received is not the one pictured. I am returning this defective item.
