Purchased to charge 8v golf cart batteries. That does not work. It will take some time to charge, then the green light will come on, which should mean the batteries are charged and the device is in maintenance mode. Not true. If you unplug it, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in, it will start charging again - until the next time the green light comes on and nothing charges. JDM

I bought this to individually charge 8v batteries in a golf car. It is ideal for fully charging each battery individually without disconnecting all battery connection cables. Most people with golf carts never do. You only use one group charger that charges all batteries at the same time. It is recommended to charge the batteries individually several times a year.
