Using this carburetor rebuild kit our automotive team was able to improve the performance of our fuel system. The installation process was smooth and the instructions were clear. Pilot jet does not fit stock Timberwolf

Everything fits but pilot jet (no size markings) is too small for stock Timberwolf. After banging my head against the wall and wondering why the engine is only running at half throttle and how lean it fails, I thought there might be a possibility that the pilot jet made a mistake. Going back to a stock Mikuni jet engine that came in a carburetor and it was perfect. The main jet and everything else seems to be the correct size so far so it could be a packaging issue and a smaller jet was put in…
