Have to use it with firestick.

I have it to be able to add USB and/or Ethernet. Please note that the right angle version faces the bracket away from the HDMI port. The left corner routes it back to HDMI. So plan as you please. I'm using a Firestick extension, so the left corner will probably be neater. If you connect directly to the TV, you need permissions. Performance wise it seems to do what is expected of it. Works much better than OTG cable

I had an issue with Firestick4k randomly resetting a USB flash drive connected to a USB hub. He kept in touch with this reliable OTG. I used an OTG cable splitter, I thought the cable wire was too thin to support a USB drive. Ideal for Fire TV on USB to USB Adapters

This is great for adding storage to your Fire TV. I've used it on both the old 4K Fire TV (first gen) and Fire TV Cube to expand storage by plugging a 32GB Super Mini USB stick into the USB port and Use ES File to manage the extra storage. This worked better than the cable version seen on some TVs. When using it on a cube, it sticks out a bit on the right side, but doesn't interfere with placement or device tier.
