I have been using Avalon Shampoo for many years and switched to the 32 oz last year. The first bottle I ordered from Revain was great. Arrived in good condition and the shampoo itself was the same quality as what I've bought in stores. Ordered around last fall (2017). The second bottle ordered this fall arrived damaged.
