Terrible Quality - Avoid this Phone

My analysis of this product showed that it was a complete letdown. The call quality was poor, and the phone's display was hard to read. The only advantage it had was its low price compared to other models. However, it's not worth spending money on electronics that don't work. I regret buying this phone for my office and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable phone.

Pros
  • High-quality audio and clarity for phone calls.
Cons
  • Lack of visual displays can make it difficult to navigate features or access voicemail quickly.

Didn't meet my expectations.

I really expected this to work, but it didn't. When I call someone, they call and call, but no one answers the phone even though someone is there. If I accept the TTY, they hang up. You never know if someone will get it.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • is too stupid

Doesn't work on digital/VoIP lines

I'm returning the model I bought today because it doesn't work with our phone system. This requires a conventional analogue terrestrial line. I tried making a relay call (HCO) several times and everything I sent was garbled. Luckily the relay operator was able to figure out most of it, but that's their fault, not the phone's. A friend pointed out to me that iPhones running iOS 10 and above have built-in TTY functionality (in accessibility in general settings), so I tried it last night and it…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
