It's expensive. However, I spent money on other products before I found this one. My hair was dry and frizzy after coloring and then removing the color with an ammonia product at the Aveda salon. Aveda support chat advised me to leave it on my washed hair for five minutes, then wash it off and that I can use it every other day. Now I squeeze a little bit into a damp palm, distribute it through towel-dried hair and then style it. With this product, remember that less is more. I still have frizzy

Product works but I think it's too expensive for the quantity. It's not much different than the other masks I've used. As I said, it worked, my hair was soft and healthy.

Used several deep conditioners and masks. None have worked as well as this one. My hair was very damaged after the 12th bleaching. Subtle and serious breakage during shower. I use this product once a week. I leave it on my hair for 1 hour and then wash it off. However, the softness is immediate, to get the hair back to how it was before bleaching it took about 4-5 sessions with this mask. Costs money! In the future I will only buy this air conditioner.

This Aveda product is exactly what I was looking for and it ticks all of my boxes. It helped a lot with hair breakage, hair strength, frizz, lack of shine and softness. Fantastic product from Aveda!

Great product, just wish there was a bigger bottle for the price. This product makes the hair easier to comb and leaves a pleasant feeling after styling. Doesn't weigh hair down. Leaves you with soft, beautiful hair. Update: After using this product for a few months I noticed my hair wasn't as dry as it used to be and it helped stop the hundreds of split ends I was having. I was looking for something to use after severely damaging my hair with bleach and this product helped a lot.

I intended to use this product for at least a month before writing a review. I totally ruined my hair by bleaching it 5 times in 2 days. It was so bad my hair even changed texture in some places. After trimming and sectioning off a few inches of my hair I started using this. I use it with my regular conditioner and shampoo for colored hair. I don't know if the real product smells like that, but the one I received is SO plastic. It smells awful and when I use it it burns my scalp. My hair looked and felt horrible after using it. I can't believe I spent so much on this. Absolute waste of money! DO NOT BUY THIS

Many reviews say it works amazing for their hair but it doesn't work for my severely damaged hair. When I used it I followed all the instructions that are on the back of the container and I got the result that my hair is softer but that's about it. This is not a big deal compared to other treatments designed for damaged hair.
