Great software, Amazing Customer Service

The ability to easily customize forms for any situation with ease of use allows me access in many different areas I need at once time without having to go back through multiple screens or even close out one program! There are some things that could be improved such as being able to have more than 1 client logged into my screen but it's still very easy to navigate around and pick up where you left off if needed which makes this great regardless!! Scheduling appointments has never been easier…

Best software ever made and perfect companion

I like that it's simple to use for both clients & employees alike with no need of training! It also has great reporting features which allows me access anytime anywhere from any device in order to send out invoices or check up my schedule at one place as well see what needs attention before sending them off into their day. The only thing i dislike about this program are some glitches when using certain functions such as searching through records/clients but they have been working hard towards…

  • Customer support is awesome, always there if you call even late night hours (or early morning) whenever needed customer service reps know how all areas work together flawlessly; Ease of use interface makes navigating easy especially after years experience managing other software programs used prior

  • Good but not great

I like that it's easy to use for both clients as well as providers! It makes keeping track of timecards so much easier than with paper timesheets or even Excel spreadsheets!! The support team can be helpful when you have questions about features after using them in other programs but nothing we couldn't figure out ourselves eventually. So far there isn't anything specific i dislike - although at first it was hard getting used to how different this program was from what our previous one had…
