I like that it can be used for any kind of vessel you need to book. We use it for our catamarans and also work with it when book a yacht or a superyacht. The cost is a bit high compared to other services but we are not paying per hour so it's ok. Sometimes you are blocked from certain areas (if you don't have enough points) and you have to wait some time until they fix it. The ability to use an online database that is so easy for our customers to navigate through. Also we are able to upload documents directly into their system from anywhere in world with internet access! This saves us time by not having to come out every few weeks or months (or more) just to print them off at home printer etc.. I think this could be used as much as you would like - but try it first if your only using once/yearly then maybe there won't be enough benefit to make adding features too
