Works as it should: Buttons

Ok. Easy installation. It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't have a double lock (my fault for not reading). I would recommend

Looks great. on hardware

I'm actually pleasantly surprised. So far so good and looks great. It looks like it's from China and the packaging has fallen apart, but overall it works well.

Door fittings and locks of excellent quality

Honestly? You get what you pay for when it comes to door handles and locks. I wasn't expecting much from the design but I was honestly surprised. The quality and durability are impressive for the price and as a bonus my wife was very pleased!

Excellent customer service

Installed a doorknob and latch only to find the handle had come loose in my hand. There was no way to attach a handle. I notified the seller that same evening and replied the very next day. The next day they sent me a new set. Excellent customer service with a very quick response. The handle appears to be well made. I highly recommend this set.

Disappointed Best in hardware

At first, this door knob was great! However after only 3 months the handle broke and is currently not working properly... the mechanism in the handle that actually turns the handle to release the latch to open the door no longer sticks - it just keeps turning, so this is not possible to open the door. Front door to our house…. Unfortunately we now have to rely on a deadbolt to keep our door closed. Very disappointed as this pen was exactly what we were looking for :(

Thin metal waste on the handles

I bought this for the looks. But when I installed it, you can immediately tell it's a piece of junk. The metal is so thin that you can easily bend the parts of the handle. The coating scratches easily and has no clear coat. The latching toggle switch is rough and poorly made. Gears are generally poorly made and stiff or have large tolerances. The included keys are flimsy and will most likely break soon. Didn't expect quality from a famous brand but SOME quality would be nice. Other cheap brands
