I have been buying a universal tarpaulin for over a week. Specialist and hardware stores sell them for more than the market average and appear very fragile and flimsy. I needed the tarp for two things: to store unused items from weather damage and to tie down an open trailer while driving on the freeway. Plane B-Air? couldn't be happier. When I received my tarp I immediately used it to drive an open trailer on the freeway to move furniture. The tarp stayed down, didn't come loose even whenโ€ฆ

Didn't take it! Big disappointment!

I bought this tarp to cover a makeshift backyard tool shed. The previous tarp was a few years old and holes were starting to appear in it. Didn't expect it to be long but I posted it at the end of March thinking I'd live at least a few years. However, in preparation for our first big rain of the season (it's November now) I checked and found that it had two big gaps. If you touch it with your finger, it will crumble! He just can't stand the sun. Not even 1 year has passed! We actually have noโ€ฆ

Not very UV resistant

I installed this tarp over my old Shelter Logic building with a leaking canopy. I was hoping to last a few years but unfortunately the tarp only lasted less than a year. The east side, not shaded by trees and therefore exposed to the most sun, began to show signs of deterioration within 6 months. A month ago it started tearing in several places and last night it was blown away by the wind. I tried temporarily covering the tears with a tarp but it only lasted a week. After removing the brokenโ€ฆ

Poor wear resistance Best in Equipment

I bought 2 of these tarps (12X16) and both failed within 6 months. Having used other budget brands of tarps I understand that direct sunlight will all break them eventually, but these failed monumentally. The overall finish seems very good at first glance and I had no issues with eyelets or stitching. My application was to provide additional shade in the driveway while I was working in my garage (in Florida). They initially worked great with my setup and provided good shade and protection fromโ€ฆ
