Completely useless in less than 12 months

This very flimsy tarp lasted about a year before becoming so flimsy that it burst holes as soon as I picked it up. It faced very moderate temperatures in the San Francisco Bay Area, meaning some of the coldest nights in winter hit 30 degrees and some hot days in summer when temperatures hit 90 degrees. Just a very cheap product.

Less than advertised

I bought this to support my tent. My tent is 5ft x 7ft so I ordered a 5ft x 7ft tarp. I expected the tarp and tent to be a perfect match. NO! The canvas is much smaller. When the tent is lifted and placed on the tarpaulin, the tarpaulin is not visible at all. It worked because the tarp shouldn't protrude beyond your tent anyway. I just want the measurements to be accurate.

Pros
  • Very good value for money

TOO SMALL, DOESN'T FIT

This tarpaulin does NOT match the stated dimensions. The one I received measures 4ft 6in x 6ft 6in. It was too small for my original intention. I needed it for a canopy for the playroom but had to attach it differently because it was too short. I would have sent it back but it was needed immediately. I would be cautious before buying a tarp of this or any other size from this brand.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • Requires base

Tears easily for tarpaulins and fasteners

The tarpaulin tore after a few hours. He was lying on the ground with nothing beneath him to tear him apart. We used it to cover the ground and little rabbits walked on it. (Less than 1lb bunnies. Maybe their nails scratched it? Don't know. We sealed the gap with duct tape but were disappointed that it wasn't a thicker material. I liked the grommets that help tie it together. Wouldn't yet buy once

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Volume

Not too thick, not too thin

I use this tarp to cover my skylight in the summer. The skylight has a matt white color, so a lot of warmth and light comes through. Yes, it is not an idea to have a skylight. Yes, but the heat is really penetrating. I fasten it with a long piece of elastic which I also bought from Revain and it holds up very well. If there was an extra jack on the longer sides it would be perfect. In any case, it does the job.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • There are downsides

Sold as a 5x7 tarp but is actually 18% smaller! Really 4.5 x 6.3

These guys must think they're funny. They sell their tarp as 5x7 (35 square feet). The packaging says bold 5x7. But when I opened the package at home, it was MUCH smaller. It's actually 6 feet 4 inches by 4 feet 6.5 inches (29 square feet). That's 18% difference! To make matters worse, after returning to their Revain page (to make sure I'm nuts), I see fine print that reads "The 5x7 tarp is actually 4.4 x 5.5 feet ". Are you kidding me? the hat is wrong too! You can see in my measurements that…

good plan. Excellent price. Worked fine for me.

Grizzly Tarp is a high-quality tarpaulin. I was definitely not disappointed. I was expecting a cheap plastic tarp but found it to be of good quality and great value for money. Like other canvas fabrics, it is waterproof and easy to throw on and tie. There are several metal eyelets, like other tarps, through which you can thread the rope. The tarpaulin was of the same quality that I was used to from a tarpaulin. They make you super fat. This tarp is not very thick, so don't expect it. If you…
