4 stars because I got a defective pump that doesn’t work. The scent is a bit earthy but I don’t mind. I like that it’s a clean brand and the bottle size is pretty large with a good amount of product compared to other baby washes

Love this more natural, gentle shampoo/Body wash for our boys! Our oldest has some slight eczema and it doesn’t bother him at all. We also follow up with the babo botanicals sensitive skin lotion. And their bubble bath is fun, too! Seems to be a great line of products!

I love the product inside the bottle, but the piece to pump with came off and it is very inconvenient when bathing a baby. I wasn’t able to exchange for a working bottle.

I just purchased what I thought was another loved bottle of the baby soap until I noticed a strong smell coming from it. I turned the bottle over to read the label and it’s completely different. The new bottle I purchased in store has fragrance in addition to many other icky ingredients. Super disappointed I paid $18 for this as I will not be using it on my toddlers!

We haven’t been using this and the matching conditioner for long, but I am in love. It creates suds really easily, which I know isn’t an indicator of soap working, but does make it easier to tell if I’ve actually gotten any on my squirmy toddler. I adore the scent! It reminds me of Aveda Shampure, which I love. So far, it’s a winner.

After opening bottle, the first impression was of the smell which is quite strong. But after using for a while, the a strong odor is getting away. One of the possibilities that fragrance is due to the concentration of the product itself. Otherwise the product is great and we choose to use anyway. It smooth and even some of us have sensitive skins, no one from our family get any allergies from it.
