My kids love them and I would say they are worth it. They didn't last too long, but long enough to have fun on a summer evening :)

This is what real birds should look like with an extra LED! Real feathers and the lower part allow you to hit in such a way that the bird flies far away. "Change LED" makes it "cool" at night. Genius!

They are a lot heavier than usual. (much of course a subjective term). You have to hit them really carefully or they will go a long way. But what I really liked is the light function. It's fun to play late into the night!

My grandson Anthony and I also like to play at night. He hit me all the time. Blinking at night or at dusk, this is a pretty big target. We love it. Good product. Very durable and excellent workmanship. Doesn't look like plastic. Although we sometimes . Another great addition to the game.

Awesome! Takes badminton to a whole new level. We found it more difficult than expected to make good contact with the bird in the dark. It became much easier for us when we braided glow sticks around the perimeter of the racquet's surfaces. The LED has two modes: off or on. The "on" mode is random in both color and ring pattern.

I ordered them because my family's badminton games fade easily in the dark at night. There is a switch inside the Birdie to turn the light on or off, which I like because you don't have to waste tiny bulbs when you don't need them in daylight. They change color when you hit back and forth, which was nice, and they were pretty durable and had a good weight for back and forth hits. I love them and will order again this summer.
