Very Good: Bakeware

I've been looking for a 12" pizza pan that will fit in my convection oven and so far this is the best I've found

The coating is weak best in pizza pans and stones

The product arrived crumpled, after the first wash (dishwasher) part of the coating fell off. Subsequent washes removed more of the coating. Does the missing coating affect the non-stick properties? Addendum: The coating now sticks to the prepared fool and is illegally thrown in the trash.

Not Quite Carbon Steel Baking Pans

Although marketed as a carbon steel baking pan, it is nothing more than a carbon steel baking pan that I have used before. The manufacturer states that it has a non-stick coating. The whole idea of a carbon steel product is that it does not require any coating whatsoever, the non-stick property is inherent to the material when properly cured. The non-stick coating on this product seemed to come off right out of the box (see image). It's not good if this material gets incorporated into any foods
