Although marketed as a carbon steel baking pan, it is nothing more than a carbon steel baking pan that I have used before. The manufacturer states that it has a non-stick coating. The whole idea of a carbon steel product is that it does not require any coating whatsoever, the non-stick property is inherent to the material when properly cured. The non-stick coating on this product seemed to come off right out of the box (see image). It's not good if this material gets incorporated into any foods you cook.
