I have a wool pair so it's a cotton blend (solid colors have no cotton). Good modest length, soft and very elastic. I wouldn't wear them to workouts but they are great for around home activities (cleaning, gardening etc) and I will wear them to run errands. I find them particularly cute in spring/autumn with a light sweatshirt/hoodie. They are listed as S/4-6, I'm 2-4 and they fit perfectly. If you are more than 6-8 I would recommend to rate.

I took a chance and bought these shorts. I have a different style than this brand and while they're nice and comfortable for walking (long strenuous hikes for dogs), they're not particularly flattering either. I was afraid these shorts would be tight spandex training shorts, but while they're form-fitting, they don't confuse fat-crunching models. The high belt is very comfortable and the pocket is essential for phone and dog treats. The length is perfect, modest but not tasteless. I love her.

It's very difficult to buy clothes online, especially shorts, if you have an "apple" figure (round in the middle and skinny legs). Similar to cycling shorts but legs are not tight/no compression. They are very comfortable for lounging or for activities around the house and I also wear them for cycling on my peloton. I will order another pair in a different color. I carry a large, 5ft 2in, 170lb. I have tried on at least 5 other shorts and shorts from this brand and the waist was always too high and they never fit my figure. They have a very high waist but feel good and don't pull or ride up.
