Good build quality, durable and practical

Good build quality and durable. Weatherproof for indoor and outdoor use. The quick removal/relocation mechanism and two sets of mounting hardware allow you to define two areas that can be closed off to children and/or pets on request. Cons: Requires a drill/screw for permanent attachment. May not be suitable for a rented house.

Flexibility, easy installation

This gate was very easy to install due to our wide door opening. It looks decent in use and doesn't stand out much when stowed away. The collar material is highly flexible - excellent at absorbing shock from pets and toys, as well as distracted adults. However, this means that a determined pet or child could squeeze through the space under the closed gate. Overall it's great for our space.

Nice goal! good for security

This gate is very good but not perfect for being opened and closed more than 20 times a day. I wanted to install this gate at the bottom of the stairs but it kept getting stuck and wouldn't close fully. I feel it would be difficult to open and close as much as it should. It would be great if the door only opened a few times a day. It's also not very easy to fit the top and bottom latches into the groove, but it's not impossible. I used it at the top of the stairs and we don't close it very…

A good alternative to your regular gates.

I have several wooden gates in my house to keep dogs out of certain rooms. I saw this retractable net and decided to try it. These gates need to be permanently installed, which isn't a problem for me, but I can see how it might be for some. It's strong enough, I prefer wooden gates, but it does the job. Our dogs will not check the gate, they will only see the gate and stop. So we were lucky there. Our cats were a bit reluctant to use this gate at first, but after a while they got used to it. I…

Not the prettiest solution but it works

This baby gate is longer than most and works really well in the 60 inch opening that separates my dining room and kitchen from my living room and the rest of the house . My niece will soon be two and she fits into EVERYTHING these days so I needed a barrier to keep her out of the kitchen no matter how inelegant the solution was. These gates require you to drill holes in the walls on each side to install them, and the two walls need to be as close to parallel as possible or they could come loose
