To be honest I wanted something that sounded a little worse than the original and this unit provided exactly what I was looking for. Turbo a little louder. Those trucks are already powered so I didn't notice an increase but I'm sure there was. Easy to install if you are mechanically inclined.

I have purchased several items from Banks Power and have never been disappointed with the quality of the products. This washable cold air system is no exception. I don't know if I've actually gotten any performance or mileage improvement from this, but not having to buy a new air filter every time it needs service is a plus for me.

About a month ago I installed a cold air intake on my truck. Before installing it, I called the bank's customer service with a question. The guy was helpful and informative. Since I ride in extremely dusty conditions, I bought Lexan at a local hardware store and plugged the intakes on the side and bottom of the airbox. All I can say is that this system helped. Very easy to install and looks better than factory.
