Hoses don't engage like they should. Even the electrical connection wouldn't snap and I use a hose clamp to hold it. Now, a month later, it doesn't work. (No, it didn't always work, the relay is fine.) It's just a bad product.

The first pump that was sent to me was a little defective, one of the outlets wasn't holding the hose so I went back and got a replacement, after that Installing the problem does not go away, so I looked for other reasons, only to find out that the electrical connection is not fully included, since this pump was also defective.

It looks exactly like an OEM product but looks can be deceiving. The hoses on my MK4 GTI did not connect to the connection points on the pump, nor did the electrical connection. Since a good connection is crucial at all of these points, I had to hand modify them with a utility knife and a Dremel grinder to get them to fit. Everything worked after installation, but there was a slight vibration during operation. As for durability, time will tell.
