BarCraft Cutting Board Knife Set Review

This is handy for those who want to cut fruit for various holiday drinks. The quality is good enough to be used in our lounge bar. I think you need a better knife if you use it in the kitchen.

The knife is pretty sharp so be careful or you'll cut the bones out of your finger. And the board is damn strong and sturdy. So what can be used as a shield (: wink!) This review is based on constant use and abuse in the kitchen (obviously veggies and fruits have been abused, ha!)

There is nothing special or bad about this set - everything is fine. The board is a regular small cutting board. does the job. The knife is really not very good. It's pretty boring and only does a good job of slicing things like limes or lemons. It would be a good bar set for the size, but I would look elsewhere for the knife.

The knife is light and sharp! The cutting board is light and small. Perfect for cutting small items when you don't want to reach for a giant cutting board that takes up so much space. This is for quick slicing like slicing a lime or two. It doesn't take up much space in the closets which I love so much. It's always nice to have multiple size options for slicing and chopping. I like it!

For my morning use (slicing fruit for breakfast, lemons for tea, veggies for lunch) this was fine, but the board itself was too light to accidentally scratch. Maybe because I didn't use the knife that came with it, but I cut the tomatoes for my salad and underestimated how firm they were. He cut through, pushed them aside, and hollowed out sacred planks in the city. So now I use the other side and just use the knife that came with the kit.

This is a good cutting board for any room where space is limited. I only use it on fruit and veg so a quick clean with soapy water helps, although it can be washed in the dishwasher. The knife isn't a high-end tool, but it's still a good one. The board has a rubber ring to keep it in place even on smooth surfaces. I love this cutting board. It's quite small but I have a very small kitchen and storage issues so this chopping board is perfect for me. It's dishwasher safe, easy to clean and easy to store away. The knife works as it should but it is NOT dishwasher safe so I have to hand wash it (otherwise this rating would have given 5 stars instead of 4).
