The blade that makes up this fin is very strong. The handle could be a bit longer for my taste, but overall everything is fine!

These guys are a staple in the restaurant industry and you should have them in your home. This product, like the others, is a no-frills, purposeful workhorse. It doesn't look like it's from Williams Sonoma and I don't care; this is a spatula. This thing will stay forever. Until no one loses it and Star Trek's food replicators become a reality, this spatula is expected to last until the extinction of mankind.
