I use these pants for martial arts because I have sore knees and a spare knee when we work on the ground, they really help and support or relieve discomfort.

I usually wear men's small, women's medium - these are size large. They fit very well but I haven't washed them or played with them yet. I bought these to play slow bar league/softball. I think they will work fine but will be updated after my tournament at the end of October.
