I ABSOLUTELY love the product 2 thumbs up without a doubt. However, the conditioner leaked a bit during shipping, but I was able to get some of it back in the bottle. This was the only time I had trouble sending. It makes my hair so soft and very clean.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. and I am 68 years old. Doesn't weigh hair down. And the conditioner makes the hair thicker. My hair tends to be greasy but with this conditioner you will never notice it. Don't overdo it with the amount of shampoo or conditioner you use. Small things have a big impact.

The smell is not what I remember when I bought it from Bath & Body Works. The smell used to be so strong that I could even smell it again in the gym when I started sweating. Now I can hardly smell it when I wash my head in the shower. Makes me question the authenticity of this product as the shampoo and conditioner were sealed on the bottle with tape rather than the sealant.

I used to be able to get shampoo and conditioner for $20 at Bath & Body Work, but since they stopped selling it I've bought it here for almost $50. BOTH! Now they cost over $70 for both. AND THE PRICE OF $10 STILL STANDS AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH BOTTLE. No way will I buy them again.

The shampoo/conditioner sets have arrived and the conditioners are not in the usual dark green bottles but in clear ones. They cannot read their labels because white text labels are designed for green bottles. The smell is different, stronger than my leftover bottles of authentic conditioner. I became addicted to this shampoo years ago when it was sold in stores as part of the Bath & Bodyworks Aromatherapy line. Now I can only get it online. The scent is fresh and natural, not chemical. Very thick, you only need a small amount. Not floral, so suitable for both men and women. A lot of my favorite shampoos are out of production and I don't like the ones I find in pharmacies or supermarkets, so I'm willing to pay a little more to get this one.
